Altar Society
Welcome to the St. Clement Altar Society webpage. Our Altar Society is a wonderful way to give back to our parish. We’re a group of women (men are welcome too) who meet after the 8am Mass on Fridays. Although, your individual time commitment would be every 7th Friday for approximately 1 hour.
Our work involves light cleaning of our church such as dusting and vacuuming the vestibule as well as the sanctuary. We also change the holy water and remove finger smudges from the glass doors. None of our chores is very difficult and as was mentioned, you will be in and out of there in under an hour.
We have a terrific group but are always looking for new members. The time is minimal, the work is light and the reward is fulfilling. Please consider joining us. Feel free to call Barb with questions or wish to join our society.
